Real human demand is different from demand in mass which is bound to expectations. The perfect example arrives when we ask, why are large Asian penises rare in pornography. They surely exist, yet no one casts them. Why? Expectations govern demand, & perceived demand governs casting directors. Yes, the same impulse to force assimilation as was forced upon Indigenous Americans, though now in a modern legal environment. * I must say, most of African & Indigenous culture is outlawed in the western world & laws were designed specifically against those cultures as they were seen as a threat not to “freedom” but the economic machine that depends on its opposite.
China itself is oddly not seen as an inspiring friend to learn from, representing the future when USA also reaches 1 billion population, but an enemy to oppose and “shield” ourselves from “becoming.”
Asia is vital to learn from. We can see how important that is when comparing the recent decisions of the United States to that of China’s regarding “Free Green Energy.” It’s a foundational subject that has the potential to heal the world of which China is directing a lot of attention for achieving, yet the United States stunts its personal development with the write off “we wish to keep our energy sector private.” The side of the US government that puts profit before health aka environment, chooses a temporary economic machine rather than the fate of humanity itself. This is why China is not a threat, but a great friend to us all, including the people of the USA.
people might ask, what about China’s pollution today? Overlooking what the USA will look like at 1 billion people. As it stands, imagine 1 billion people trying to “live the American Dream.” Yes thats a suburban house on a private piece of property for every couple and child. Now factor in that the average suburban American creates 18 times more waste than the average American living on the streets. Now factory in each child themselves “dreaming” of this death of community. I said it. Suburbanization & ruralization is isolation, of which we all wonder why it haunts us already. The dream we’ve been sold is not the original American dream, but the dream of industrial economists wishing to put profit & thus commercial output at the heart of even our dreams. It even seeped into our arts & thus our hearts.
Then we ask, why aren’t K Pop boy bands a threat? After generations of myth making, the children of the myth makers fall for their own myths. Suddenly why would people femenized for decades *the exact definition of taking away their percieved penis size” be a threat, coming from the one Asian country that assimilates its style of government to American corporate capitalism as the golden standard? Many of the governments in Asia recently stopped building Temples as to the economic dream, spiritually & thus wholeness serves no purpose.
With that said, I love Koreans also. When America was attempting music towards a democratically inspired 2 party system: Rap vs. Country, Korea shuffled the deck.
Rock was nearly suffocated out as the wish was political extremes, not middle ground. While the true middle ground: Pop, was a lane kept open only for Women. The strange faces I get from males when I tell them I do pop. It’s the closest genre as it’s the all encompassing genre of which we can never outgrow, as its where peace happens.
blast any other genre and you’re sure to offend someone. Blast pop, and? People might get annoyed, though never offended. It’s the peace treaty genre.
Koreans breathed life into it, even to the point of reviving its sub genres, including rock pop, maintaining a lifeline to rock itself. Where before, reaching for the guitar came with hesitation, that freed that door of innovation.
China however often sees through the lens of their ancient teachings, the empty end that is consumerism & its enslavement. Where in Korea, a fancy car and expensive clothing is seen as something worthy of respect & admiration, China sees an empty person just wishing to be loved.
Hence all the aggression displayed by those simply wanting to be loved, accepted, and equally respected. Their expensive fast cars aren’t making them impatient and aggressive, it’s the trying to heal a broken arm with botox ritual maintaining the silenced suffering. People can’t cry out, as that breaks the “cool” mask, of which aggression is the only culturally accepted outlet for. Anger is tears. Tears when the supposed treatment isn’t healing the wound.
