One Year. One Song. Opening the doors to Limitless Creativity.

Time is free, not costly and that key opens the door.

Most artists today are forced to set their creative dreams aside just to survive. All we need is one song, one passion project, or one creation to save us and open the door.

Modernity teaches us to create in quantity as if each song is a ticket in the lottery.

Thus we find ourselves in such pressure, it can difficult to even start a song.

Just recently, I couldn’t come up with the lyrics. Then the day I gave myself an entire month to write the lyrics, they just happened that same day.

Give yourself an entire year to write & record one song

Even if it’s a cover, don’t give up until you think it’s on par with the original. Let it start off rough if needed, that’s just the blueprint. The map of which the song will grow. 1 hour a day is enough to truly create something beyond what you can imagine, if you simply endure. If it’s an original, remember something truly great and unexpected will happen later on, just get down some chords that you’re comfortable living in for a year. The song is a new world.

Rerecord Rerecord Rerecord

Once I couldn’t tell which recordings sounded the best and thus couldn’t choose. Well, something magical happens when you just sleep on it. You somehow hear anew what you couldn’t hear before. What wasn’t clear yesterday is clear today, and each day in renewal. On my first passion project, the rerecording was where I worked out all the goofy riffs. It’s where I learnt a lot of new keyboard instruments especially, and really found a lot of sounds and open musical doors. These doors will keep opening until the next song just falls in your lap. The more you can sustain with this one song, the easier it’ll be on the next. One year becomes like one month of endurance, and one month becomes like one day.

Read & Research, entertain any question that arises

Along the path of the Turtle, you’ll stumble upon nuggets of wisdom everywhere. Will Ai, it’s so easy to ask how a lot of artists got a particular sound, especially Y2K & prior. It took Toto a year to write one the lyrics for one of their most popular songs. Zedd endured an entire decade on “Out Of Time.” All of our favorite artists often have unique things in their processes we can learn from. The greatest producers and musicians of all time seem to also be the most open, I think it’s why they keep getting gifted, as it’s a river that keeps flowing.

Esc the timeline of the Era

I even renounced cars, also in effort to tune into the tempo of creation that gifted the past. As we look back, we find something strange. Music becomes more complex, as the pace was more and more human. All the time in the world. We truly have it that heavenly door opens, and then we really get to feel free from the attempted limitations upon our time. The teachers flung the greater test when they place a time limit on the tests of their students, though it’s what they’re taught, and they can’t find their way out of the ocean.

People like to imagine music as something to drive to. Something to hear in the background of their anxiety. I like to imagine music to walk to, in the peace of night away from cars and threats. Where the song is background to their wonder, at ease. At growth.

One Year lets us think of the song in ways we cant at the start

By the time I was ready to release mine, I had enough space to’ve reviewed it on phones, headphones, speakers, different computers, etc. Each one reveals something we might’ve overlooked. For me, headphones, the open ones, were the greatest for endurance, as they don’t disturb neighbors, and the light openness keeps them cool for long hours. We can keep creating songs that sound like the ones we’ve already created, though we really can push the limits of pioneering the new frontier, if we just endure. Endure through the burnouts, as with waves… after each trough is a crest. Surf it. My greatest sounds and ideas came from when I felt like giving up on everything. If you can get to the point where you can create with music even when it feels painful, those are the moments you find something in the creation process there to save you from those feelings. The Divine Organizer has this designed perfectly. When searching on the radio in a dream, I only hear filler music. Though when I’m not wanting to wake up, suddenly A song comes on unexpectedly in the dream that brings me to tears, to the point I record it with the voice recorder on my phone the moment I awake, and do my best to “cover” it, especially after finding its somehow a new original. After putting great timescales into each song, we somehow grow faster at it. By the time you complete that first song, you suddenly know where all the cool sounds in your library are, and if you’re like me, you found all the greatest keyboard sounds of all time, free if you search. The Divine Organizer created its gifts for free, to enjoy. Search & Ye shall find.
