99% of adults worldwide exceed the daily recommended limit of sodium, aka salt. Sodium increases tension of the body & mind.
80% of the world’s population consumes caffeine daily. Both of these alone are enough to ensure daily high stress levels, together they’re a Double Whammy.
- Caffeine pulls the alarm: Every morning, the daily dose of caffeine blocks drowsiness, flooding the bloodstream with adrenaline, dopamine, and cortisol * due to the mild physical stress response. This provides an immediate, sharp spike of perceived urgency and jittery, fast paced anxious energy.
- Sodium locks the door: Meanwhile, the massive baseline of excess dietary sodium keeps the body’s cortisol levels chronically high even without the added cortisol from caffeine and overstimulates the sympathetic “fight or flight” neurons.
A Society “Stuck” on Alert
The caffeine gives you the quick, conscious rush of panic or irritability, while the sodium prevents your body from truly dropping back down to a peaceful, relaxed state afterward.
Because 8 out of 10 people next to you are chemically revving their engines with caffeine, and virtually everyone is physically tightening their blood vessels with sodium, the collective “room” is vibrating at an artificially high, anxious frequency. The world hasn’t just set a high bar of tension; it has chemically engineered it. Even those that are sodium and caffeine free, have to practice mental jujitsu to strengthen their personal sense of peace in the face of chaos.
Its Such a Peaceful World & Universe

Hence why we see so many turning to the immersion of nature rather than the artificial immersion of the cityscape. People crave peace & relaxation, while being sold anxiety around every corner.
When we step out of it, look up and out, we find a universal “reality” shared not only by most humans before us, but the peaceful reality that awaits all conscious life ready to float in wonder.
The anxious crowd would like to cast shame upon that growth. “Day dreaming,” “not working hard enough,” etc. In a room full of overstimulated people, a calm person looks broken. “Spaced out.” “Uncaring.” “Lazy.” “Not all there.” It’s often perceived as unfair to those that can’t see the path out of chronic anxiety, partaking in the pressure. Yet, we find in the relaxed pace of the spheres across the sky, & the forever enduring pace of the collective mind of Nature, That the ultimate authority free’s us from this madness, with the strength from accepting a competency far beyond anything humanity can ever obtain. The strength from accepting the living, breathing, ever growing artwork from that ultimate competency.
As a whole, we don’t need more things, or more accomplishments. What we need is to relearn how to enjoy what we already have, before we become too numb to feel any accomplishment or obtainment.
Sadly, Most Don’t Ask For The Stress

High Sodium is a byproduct of the packaging industry, of which is vital for keeping food prices *though also artificial, affordable due to being able to endure artificially long shelf lives. Humans grew naturally surrounded in fresh foods, yet those fresh foods have been reserved for those that can now afford farmland or jump through all the culturally sanctioned hoops to hunt “legally.” The sacred gifts of nature like the gift of the Citrus Tree, have suffered laws preventing that sacred acceptance from happening naturally. Instead, in the USA at least, no fruit bearing trees are allowed in public, only on private lands. True freedom is very costly to those profiting off its lack.
All the sacred gifts unadulterated by the corruption of humanity, are now stresses.
- Housing? “Enjoy the gift of life within the miracle of nature,” devolved into “worry about rent,” imposed by another, high strung human, not by God.
- Water? The most vital gift to life, devolved into an asset to sale to corporations. Suddenly the economy, aka looking cool in front of the neighbors, is more important. Suddenly water that doesn’t lower your IQ, is a luxury for those that can afford it, vetoing the natural right.
- Air? The most “affordable” is often now the most polluted. Put those smokestacks next to the neighborhoods that don’t know the legal hoops to jump through for their grievances to even be legally heard. Shape the laws to invalidate their voice, rather than fix the actual problems.
- Love? We’re taught that it’s not you that is worthy of love. It’s your status, its your house, its your job, its your car, its your clothing, its your benefit to them. Yet when we look around, We see love happening in all the places we’re taught it shouldn’t.
- Family? An attempt to ensure a price tag upon that is pushed every day. Often, if you can’t afford a lawyer or court fees, you can’t afford your child. The one that centers their world upon the obtainment of money more, is often the one gifted the right of parenthood. Yet the child often grows to resent the one with the money, due to the pressures kept from them out of safety and comfort. Suddenly that relationship is the one transactional, not the one with the parent they were kept away from due to “substandard” finances. Suddenly the comforts gifted to them cannot be seen, for the relationship stolen. Especially as we grow numb to ALL comforts as they become our new baseline existence.
- Transportation? The natural human freedom of movement, reduced to an invisible gatekeeper of parenthood. In the cruel friction between a financially wealthy parent and a financially poor parent, a lack of pollution machines is weaponized as a lack of love. If you cannot partake in the destruction, tired of tires, tired of heavy metals in our waters, and tired of isolating infrastructure, your missed visits are labeled as “abandonment” and your walk is deemed “unfit” by a system that treats a step in the direction of mass healing, as a moral defect. Suddenly, a parent’s natural right to hold their child is revoked simply because a distance too far for them to walk was placed between them and their child. This is especially true when one side moves hundreds of miles away.
- Freedom? No trespassing.
When we create in anxiety, we create more anxiety. The only way to free ourselves and those within our influence, is to ensure were ever growing more relaxed, regardless of situation or attempted stress.
